Gensplan - Relationship Marketing Critical to Exploding Your Network Marketing Leads

It looks like many people are making mistakes regarding the business opportunities they are getting involved with and what it takes to successfully market them.

There are scores of business opportunities out there and people are pouring into them like crazy. Some of these opportunities are with companies that have been around for years and are solid, proven winners. If you are one of those people that picked a high-quality business opportunity I am happy for you.

But to my dismay, there are many companies out there that are pretty wobbly deals. They assure you instant riches - all you have to do is sign on for them, pay your monthly fees, and then you can relax and rake in the bucks. Incorrect, this is not how it works.

The fact is, there is a colossal crash rate among persons trying to start a successful home based internet or network marketing company. Close to 95% of the persons that join these online business, whether they are well-known companies or one of the shady instant get rich schemes, will fail at making enough money to stay in business.

Assuming you picked a reliable business opportunity there is one key fact to consider if you want to be among the profitable.

You have to understand the marketing required to make your business successful. If you don’t know how to market you will most likely go out of business.

And, you need to understand the most significant piece about marketing and that is the making of leads.

You must have leads so that you can turn those leads into sales and/or enroll them into your business. The depressing part is that most network and Internet marketers break down in the most imperative part of their marketing - lead generation. And the simple reason is usually because they do not know how to market appropriately. But you can easily change that and get the knowledge you require.

To help you obtain a better appreciation of the many components involved in lead capture, I am going to set everything out for you in a relationship chart or marketing map. The most critical piece of the map is at the central point - the squeeze page. The lead capture page is central to your marketing and once you learn how to do all the diverse types of marketing they all point back to one factor – and that is your lead capture page.

No matter what kind of marketing you are doing, whether it’s SEO, MySpace, Digg, Blogs, etc., all of that traffic needs to be targeted to get to your lead capture pages.

To say again, all of your marketing needs to drive all of your traffic to your lead capture page.

Basically, the intention is for you to get going marketing using any or a blend of traffic generation - lead generation techniques. Then your marketing hard work will guide people to your lead capture page and then you can convert that lead into a buying client and/or a prospect to go in with your company.

If all you’re doing is promoting your business, and not capturing leads, you are doing your self a wrong. You must capture the leads and build interaction with the people whose names you collect.

Now when you learn how to market correctly, you will learn how to perfect these various marketing strategies. You do NOT need to perfect them all so don’t get panic-stricken by how many types of traffic marketing there are. Some very thriving internet marketers only use 1 or 2 of these tactics, but they focus on them, get skillful at them, and they take action with them.

You can make use of things like MySpace or Twitter to pull traffic to your squeeze page. You can use blogs and forums to establish yourself as an authority and get traffic to your squeeze page that route. You can also run advertisements on other people’s sites or use Google Adwords or Yahoo Search Marketing to get traffic to your leads capture page. Pick one to begin.

Your lead capture page becomes the opening point into your marketing retention and follow up system, because the traffic that you capture there goes into your Autoresponder.

All the opt-ins go into YOUR autoresponder. This is because you need to put together a list of your own clientele and prospects. This is a important point, because in the preponderance of internet business out there, all of your pains go to building a customer list for the company, NOT you!

You need to be doing this no matter what business you are in, whether it’s NuSkin, GDI, Avon, etc. You need to get the traffic to your squeeze so that you can catch the lead.

The autoresponder becomes your email administrator, your marketing follow-up system and your client retention structure.

By utilizing an autoresponder you can stay in touch with your potential recruits and over time they will be encouraged to either purchase products from you, enter your business (if you are network marketing) or become resellers (if you are in affiliate marketing).

Use the email messages you send via your autoresponder list to assist your contacts. After all, they wouldn’t have signed up for your list if they didn’t think you had something to provide them. So don’t dishearten them. Give them free things, give them instruction, coach them, and tactfully sell them on your products or business. Give away them marketing training and show them how they can be profitable with the products you are selling or if they join your business. Under promise and Over deliver!

You can actually earn an income from this. We’ve set ourselves up with services and products so that we can make money even if people don’t enter our business. This is because we have built a catalog of names that we are building relationships with.

So keep in mind, no traffic - no leads, and with no leads you can’t keep your business running.

If you are already leading a business, you need to organize a training curriculum so that you can put forward even more to your list of individuals. If you have yet to connect with a business you need to locate a company that gives you with the right kind of marketing instruction. A superior training series should show people how to set up their lead capture pages and autoresponder and coach them on which types of traffic generation will work best for them.

Bear in mind, you don’t have to use all the numerous types of marketing to obtain traffic. You can use the various methods individually. The critical thing is to use at least one of them, get accomplished at it and stick with it.

So don’t waste any more time. Start doing things the right way and get the marketing training you need.
